Makeup Revolution palette heaven

Let's talk palettes.
Since Bobbi Brown, Nars, Hourglass and Mac are making some very beautiful face palettes at the moment, it's possible to completely break the bank to have a couple, a trio, or more beautiful blushers, until a little brand called Makeup Revolution arrived in Superdrug. Coming across a cosmetics wall of beautiful blush, eye, highlights and concealer palettes for a thrifty-£6, how could anyone hesitate in snapping up a little collection?!

Let's discuss the brand, Makeup Revolution.
According to their website, they "launched in London in March 2014 delivering revolutionary performance and quality, in every product at revolutionary prices. Made with the finest ingredients, the range starts at an amazing £1.00, with a range of professional and must have products with limited edition collections – you can finally afford them all!" - I'd say, it's quite true.

Now onto the products, I'll include some of the eye palettes that I purchased in another post, but this is focused on the face. Blush to be exact. Each shade is highly pigmented and the baked colours add further definition and brightening to the apples of the cheeks. Hot Spice is an eight shade palette of subtle peaches and muted coral tones, perfect for complementing a tan, whereas the Sugar & Spice palette of eight shades is brighter, bolder with darker bronzed colours and pops of pinks and rose flushes. £12 for two, or if you can get them in Superdrug's 3-for-2 offers, you can get three for £12. That's approximately half the price of a single Bobbi blush....

Next time you're in Superdrug, I dare you to take a peek at the wall of palettes and try to leave without a purchase... ;)
