Baked Apple Chips




All you need to make a delicious & healthy snack is one or a selection of apples & some cinnamon to taste. Simply cut the apples in thin slices & place on a foiled baking tray with the oven heated to approximately 160˚C. Keep checking your apple chips as the thickness of your slices will depend on the baking time - mine took approximately 15 minutes. Half way through your cooking time sprinkle cinnamon to taste on the chips. When the edges of the apples are crisp & crinkled your chips are ready! Remove from the foil & serve. Enjoy on their own as a snack or as a garnish for ice cream, sorbet or a crumble or pie.
